Module 01 – Freshen Up

Exercise in this chapter:

01. Hand warm-up

Sit comfortably then start rubbing your hands against each other for 5-6 seconds. This exercise improves blood circulation and increases your vital energy.

02. Arm warm-up

Stretch your left arm forward while massaging with the palm of your hand from your shoulder to wrist for 5-6 seconds and then wrist to shoulder. Repeat to the right arm. The exercise preps your muscles and improves blood circulation in the area.

03. Abs warm-up

Sit comfortably and start massaging your abs with the palm of your hand for at least 5-6 seconds. This exercise preps your muscles and improves blood circulation in the area.

04. Lower back warm-up

While sitting, place your hand's palm on your lower back and start massaging it for 5-6 seconds.

05. Leg warm-up

Continue massaging your legs for 5-6 seconds each to get the circulation flowing.
